Rangel started his career in Real Estate and Construction in Las Vegas in 2009 where he experienced the limitless opportunities that the market offers at that time by having his real estate license and general Contractors license at the same time. He started his real estate career with a focus on foreclosures and short sale investment properties. He acquired a fervent passion for understanding the real estate market with particular attention to the construction aspect. His construction experience and knowledge were increased significantly when he was working for a major developer of residential Real Estate in Las Vegas for many years. After his relocation to the east coast, he continued his Real Estate career in NYC and CT and side by side with the Real Estate, and following his passion for the construction business and unprecedented success, he partnered with few investors and established the SITL Group - Home Renovation and New Construction - A company focused on investment property development and residential properties renovation in Connecticut.
